Please book in for full set ups at least 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure you are not let down as we bookings fil up. Hire items need at least 1 week in advanced to be booked. While Custom favours need up to 3 weeks in advance to be ordered.

Any last minute bookings/orders may be charged an extra price depending on how much time given. We always try to create something that works for your event wishes. 

Please allow up to maximum of 1 hour and a half for set up 

Allow up to max 30mins for pack down.
